TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering a commission, you accept and agree to the terms of service listed below. Please read them carefully before commissioning me!GENERAL T.O.S.
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- I can terminate a commission with a full refund at any point if a client doesn't treat me with respect.
- Clients MUST be 18 years of age or over to commission me. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Payment is handled via paypal.
- Payment is required upfront.
- All commissions are for personal, NON-COMMERCIAL use only. Commercial rights may be discussed with me prior to starting the commission work.
- I will only work with visual references. Please have a reference sheet or reference images of your character(s)! I will not work with written descriptions unless they are very simple.
- Changes that are a product of my mistakes and minor changes on the commissioned artwork are free. Drastic changes (i.e pose change, character change) are available at an extra cost.
- Changes that are a product of mistakes on the reference sheet or lack of communication from the client come at an extra cost.
- Completed artwork is non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS. Until then, partial refunds can be discussed; issuing non-emergency refunds will result in the commissioner being blacklisted of future purchases.
- Please be mindful of turnaround times. My estimated completion times are typically accurate, and I'll finish within promised timeframes, but if something were to come up, commissioners will be notified. PLEASE do not commission me if the estimated wait times are longer than you're comfortable with.
- Customer-set deadlines can be worked with, but a rush fee may apply.
- By commissioning, you aknowledge and accept the fact that no physical product will be delivered to you, you'll recieve digital goods only.
- I will not draw or model NSFW. This includes explicit gore, sexual themes, and fetish art. Tasteful nudity can be discussed.
- My art isn't to be sold as NFTs of ANY kind for ANY reason. I do not accept cryptocurrency as payment.
- My work is not to be used for AI training of ANY kind.
- I'm strictly against sketch commissions being used to be fed into an AI than can clean up and color it for the client. There's not legal recourse to forbid this, but any clients that resort to this unethical, disrespectful behavior, will be put in a PUBLIC blacklist, so that other artists can be aware of their shady practices, and I will NEVER do work for them again.
- I retain the right to post finished pieces in my portfolio and social media as means of self-promotion. If you'd prefer your commission to remain private, please discuss it with me first.
-You are NOT, under any circumstances, permitted to use my art in conjunction with AI image generators. This includes having AI clean up my sketches. Just don't. I WILL blacklist you. CHARACTER TOONY
$40 USD per character
Add a complex background + 8 props/items for an extra $30 USD!Toony/rubberhose styled illustration of a character of your choice.Transparent and patterned background (or complex background if requested as an add-on) version delivered upon completion.Clothes come at no extra charge. Props surrounding the character(s) can be added at an extra cost depending on complexity. The background add-on includes up to 8 free items!
TOONY TILEABLE PATTERN
Start at $155 USDTileable pattern of your one character of choice (can do multiple characters at an extra cost).Includes 3 different toony poses, 2 simple props, and one or two simple shapes for the background.More props or poses or characters can be added at an extra cost! Very complex characters might cost extra.

$40 USDBust-up icon of a character of your choice.Gradient and patterned background. Minimal shading. Colored lineart for an extra charming feeling.
CELL-SHADED FULLBODY
$70 USD per characterFullbody illustration of your character of choice.Includes cell-shading, and upon completion you'll receive a version with a simple, patterned gradient background, and a transparent version.Clothes and simple props/accessories are free, but complex props come at an extra cost. Background elements can also be added at an extra cost.Price may rise due to design complexity.
SOFT-SHADED FULLBODY
$95 USD per characterFullbody illustration of your character of choice.Includes soft shading, and upon completion you'll receive a version with a simple patterned background, and a transparent version.Clothes and simple props/accessories are free, but complex props come at an extra cost.Backgrounds can be added at an extra cost.Price may rise due to design complexity.
ILLUSTRATIONS
Start at $220 USDFull illustration of a chosen character and background- can work with interiors and exteriors.Typically soft-shaded, but can be cell-shaded if the client prefers so!The base price includes one character of choice, and a background of choice. REFERENCE SHEET
From $90 USD up to $200+ USDReference sheet of a character of your choice. Ranges from a simple, front and mirrored back view ref, to complex refs like the ones above.Don't be afraid to ask for a quote!
CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN
Starting at $65 USD
Mirrored backview/clothed version can be added for +$20 USDCharacter designed from scratch according to your specifications and requests.Base price includes a front view only, but extra views can be added at an extra cost.
